Catalina bakery’s concept was inspired by the touching story of a grandmother who passed on the love of making fine bread from generation to generation, and moved by this, her grandson, in honor to her name, wanted to create a brand that resparked this experience of her warmth and flavors, all in a setting that could remind us of her times, such as the magical mix of eclectic house styles from Mexico’s colonial times.
The beautiful area where the house is, the calm neighborhood surrounded by big old trees and beautiful bird sounds, plus the marvelous art of making artisanal bread for everyone, all created this beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal, that reminds us of... Catalina, baking for everyone…

Fue un reto transmitir el alma de este proyecto increíble:
El proyecto consistió en 4 jugos de vegetales con una combinación de ingredientes única, que tomados en un programa de 21 días favorecen las glándulas que regulan funciones esenciales del cuerpo. Más que un detox o una dieta, es una restauración del balance natural de tu cuerpo. En eso se baso el concepto que le da vida a la marca:
Restore balance.
